On my way out of Charleston, South Carolina I visited a small cupcakery called "Cupcakes". I ate a red velvet cupcake with cream cheese icing. The cupcakes were good but the icing was 2 inches high, they were pretty but hard to eat. The service was very friendly and the scenery gave it a peppy look. I bought a T-shirt from Cupcakes also. It was a nice place and very customer friendly.
